We promote an open and honest feedback culture in which questions and thanks can always be addressed openly. We are aware that violations of our Code of Conduct can occur despite comprehensive care and appropriate measures. This includes compliance with legal regulations and ethical principles.

Whistleblowers have the opportunity to report violations regardless of the existence or type of contractual or business relationship. We are committed to investigating reported violations and taking appropriate countermeasures and preventive action. We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who makes a complaint in good faith.
